Texas Board of Professional Engineers protects the health, safety, and welfare of the people in Texas by ensuring that the practice of engineering in the state is carried out only by those persons who are proven to be qualified and by regulating the practice of Professional Engineering in Texas.
The South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) is a Non-profit Corporation, ensures that only firms meeting the eligibility criteria of 49 CFR Part 26 and Part 23 (Airport Concessions) participate in contracting and procurement opportunities. as ACDBE or DBE, SBE, MMBE and WBE are certified in accordance with the SCTRCA Business Enterprise Certification Policies and Procedures Manual.
Certification for Minority-owned Businesses
Minority Business Enterprise Certification with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), a private third-party that certifies minority-owned businesses on behalf of U.S. corporations or MBE certification through city, county or state programs.
