Regional Engineering Inc. was established in June 2011 by a teams of technician and engineers led by Mr. Mohammad Naeem, P.E, to provide geotechnical and material testing services in economical and professional manner. REI is equipped with best professional team of engineers and technicians. REI is registered under Texas Board of Professional Engineers and certified as Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in the City of Austin.The REI is also HUB and South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency certified  in the state of Texas. Further, REI is accredited by AASHTO.
